Europe: Iceland, Ireland, UK, Italy, Estonia, Netherlands, Austria, Cyprus, Greece, Georgia, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Turkey, Germany, Norway, Hungary, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania
Middle East: Dubai, Saudi Arabia

(2) Shipping Cost
Shipping charges will vary depending on the country of shipment and the size and weight of the product.
You can check the shipping cost on the order screen.
If applicable, remote area or island charges will be billed separately for the difference.
(3) Available Shipping Methods
- FedEx, DHL, EMS
- Expected to arrive in 3-7 days after shipment
(4) Handling Time
- Usually 3-7 business days after shipment
- Delays may occur depending on inventory status in Japan and manufacturer stock.
- For made-to-order items, details will be stated in the product description.
(5) Duties and Taxes
- The payment price does not include customs duties and taxes.
- Duties, taxes, and other additional charges related to international shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.

(6) Tracking and Inquiries
We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment.
(7) In Case of Absence
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please contact the shipping company and request re-delivery.
- Please check with the shipping company regarding the storage period.
- If you fail to receive the merchandise within the storage period and the merchandise is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If you wish to have the product resent, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
(8) Change of Pickup Location
- If you change the receiving location, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
- Please specify the correct shipping address when placing your order.
(9) Packages Addressed to APO/FPO/DPO/P.O. Box
- Cheaper shipping methods cannot be used for APO/FPO/DPO/P.O. Box addresses.
- Therefore, you may have to pay additional shipping fees, or we may need to cancel your order.
(10) If You Receive a Defective or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping fee.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
(11) We Do Not Compensate for Loss or Theft During Shipping
- Please contact the shipping company or your local police for assistance.
(12) Delivery Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to national holidays or weather conditions.
